By using this website or requesting a quote from Velora Vehicle Logistics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About Velora Vehicle Logistics

Velora Vehicle Logistics provides professional vehicle logistics services across the UK, including trade plate vehicle delivery, dealership vehicle movement, auction collections, fleet support and nationwide vehicle delivery.

Services are provided on a quote by quote basis and may vary depending on route, vehicle type, urgency, availability and specific customer requirements.

4. Quote Requests

Any quote submitted through the website, by email, phone, WhatsApp or any other method is an enquiry only.

A quote is not confirmed until Velora Vehicle Logistics has reviewed the request and confirmed availability, pricing, collection details, delivery details and any relevant service requirements.

Prices may vary depending on factors including:

Collection location
Delivery location
Vehicle type
Vehicle condition
Route distance
Delivery urgency
Driver availability
Trade, dealer or fleet requirements
Any additional service requirements

Velora Vehicle Logistics reserves the right to decline any enquiry or amend a quote if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or changes after the quote has been issued.

5. Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once Velora Vehicle Logistics has accepted the booking and any required payment, deposit or written confirmation has been received.

Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including vehicle details, collection and delivery addresses, contact names, access instructions and any known vehicle issues.

Velora Vehicle Logistics is not responsible for delays, failed collections or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the customer.

6. Vehicle Condition and Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is available for collection at the agreed time and location.

The vehicle must be safe, accessible and suitable for movement unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Where condition reporting is provided, vehicle checks may be carried out at collection and delivery to record visible condition. This is intended to support transparency and accountability, but it is not a mechanical inspection, valuation or full vehicle assessment.

Velora Vehicle Logistics is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, warning lights, tyre issues, battery issues or other conditions present before collection.

7. Trade Plate Vehicle Delivery

Where vehicles are moved using trade plates, the movement will be carried out in line with applicable requirements and insurance arrangements.

The customer must provide all information reasonably required to allow the vehicle to be moved safely and legally.

Velora Vehicle Logistics reserves the right to refuse or delay a vehicle movement if there are concerns regarding safety, legality, access, documentation or vehicle condition.

8. Delays and Changes

Velora Vehicle Logistics will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed collection and delivery times.

However, collection and delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle faults, customer delays, access issues, driver availability or other operational circumstances.

Velora Vehicle Logistics shall not be liable for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

If a customer changes collection details, delivery details or timing after a booking has been confirmed, additional charges may apply.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the booking and the stage at which cancellation takes place.

Where a driver, route or delivery slot has already been allocated, cancellation charges may apply.

Any applicable cancellation charge will be confirmed based on the specific booking circumstances.

10. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed as part of the quote or booking process.

Velora Vehicle Logistics may require payment in advance, a deposit or payment on completion depending on the service, customer type and booking requirements.

Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Late payment may result in delayed service, suspension of future bookings or recovery action where necessary.

11. Insurance and Liability

Velora Vehicle Logistics aims to ensure that vehicle movements are supported by appropriate insurance arrangements where required.

Insurance cover may be subject to policy terms, limits, exclusions and excesses.

Velora Vehicle Logistics shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical or electrical faults
Loss of personal items left inside vehicles
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control
Loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses
Incorrect information supplied by the customer

Customers should remove all personal belongings from vehicles before collection unless otherwise agreed.

12. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate vehicle and contact information
Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time
Ensuring the vehicle is safe and suitable for movement
Providing keys, documents and instructions where required
Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
Notifying Velora Vehicle Logistics of any known issues before collection

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, failed collection or additional charges.
